What Are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are the story of your life’s Journey. They are a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms. The Records contain all of the thoughts, feelings and emotions of your journey since your separation from source. The Akashic Records are a field of Light Energy that resides in and around your body.
When Records are opened you will have access to information stored in this field. When you are ready to receive information in your Records, it opens, if it is not the right time, that information will not come through.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY RECORDS?
I first learned to access these records through a Sacred prayer that I learned 30 years ago. I have since used another prayer to open my Records and other people’s Records. There are many ways to access your Records. We are in and out of our Records often and with this prayer you have an on and off switch. When you are in your Records you are in a higher vibration. You will receive messages from your guides that are helpful and expansive. Your guides will not judge, tell you what to do, or punish you.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE IN YOUR RECORDS?

If during the time your Records are open, you experience any anxiety, fear, judgement, etc. this is your personality not your records.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN AKASHIC SESSION OR CONSULTATION?
In accessing your Records, you can change the way you see the past and present situations in your life, through your life’s challenges and your relationships, you can free yourself from many of your stories. I am not good enough, I failed, I can’t move forward. And free you to move more easily in the future. Everything that happens to you is your Spiritual path and what is up for you at this time is what you are here to learn.
